We try to have at least one vegan entrée and at least one soup or salad option from which to choose every day and have several in regular rotation.

Our food is locally sourced from many area farms and we try to be as organic as we can. We buy as much inventory as possible from New England farms and suppliers. We have used Rusty’s Heirloom Tomatoes in Dunbarton, Walker Farm, in Bristol and Brookford Farm in Canterbury among central NH’s other friendly produce providers. It helps lessen the impact on the environment by reducing the miles traveled as well as ensuring that our ingredients are fresh as well as delicious.

We use nothing treated with hormones, never used processed meats or cheeses and keep nearly everything in the kitchen free from harmful processing. Our nuts, seeds and legumes are dry and fresh, rarely from cans.

Our regular menu changes weekly but we always have customer favorites and repeat items at the ready. We’d love to hear from you – just place your order and let us know what time you’d like it ready.
